EDUCATIONAL DIRECTOR

Our Educational Director leads the learning program at Little Dreamers Daycare. She helps plan age-appropriate curriculum, supports teachers, guides classroom learning, and makes sure children are growing socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually in a loving Christian environment.

OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR

Ms. Karina helps oversee the daily operations of Little Dreamers Daycare, with a focus on safety, accounting, parent communication, and family satisfaction. She works to make sure the daycare is organized, welcoming, and a place where parents feel confident and children feel safe, loved, and cared for.
