Ms. Karina oversees the daily operations of Little Dreamers Academy, ensuring every family and child experiences a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, bringing strong organizational, financial, and operational skills to the academy. As the Operations Director, she works closely with staff and families to support smooth daily routines, foster clear communication, and maintain the highest standards of care. Her passion is creating a place where children feel loved, families feel supported, and every parent has complete confidence that their child is safe, happy, and thriving every day.
